Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man excluding employees and their immediate families of SoccerSuckers™ LLP, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Those under 16 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate.
2. If you have found a Fabio Capello SoccerSucker™, register your full details and enter the unique activation codes printed on the ticket found with your Fabio Capello SoccerSucker™ and also on the back of your Fabio Capello SoccerSucker™. You will be required to present your winning ticket along with your Fabio Capello SoccerSucker™ to claim your prize.
3. Your promotional code will be valid from 1^st April 2010.
4. All prizes must be claimed by 31^st August 2010 (the promotion closing date). No codes will be accepted after this date.
5. If you are a winner, you will be sent an email or contacted by telephone with full details of how to claim your prize and the verification process within two weeks of the receipt of your
   prize claim.
6. The prize pool consists of (5) x winners: a Samsung 50" Widescreen HD Ready Plasma TV with Freeview and a PlayStation3 120GB games console.
7. The prize includes daytime delivery to one UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man address and will be delivered to winner within 28 days of the verification of the prize claim. The winner will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable date for delivery. The prize does not include installation.
8. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except
   that in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The
   promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal
   or greater value.
9. The prize pool is limited. In the event that more winners are generated in error, due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prizes through a random prize draw.
10. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
11. By entering into this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. A list of winners’ names will be available for a minimum of 3-months from 1^st September 2010 by logging onto the website www.soccersuckers.co.uk.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims lost or delayed in the post, and the use of Recorded Delivery is recommended.
14. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
